One of the most important things you can do to protect your home and family is to have your chimney and fireplace cleaned regularly.

If it is determined that there is a build-up of at least 1/8 to 1/4 inch of the substance creosote; which is considered a fire hazard if it’s collected in the flue of your chimney, then we recommend it be cleaned right away.

Using polypropylene plastic we seal off the chimney to prevent any dust or debris from entering the home. After thoroughly brushing the chimney with a combination of specially designed brushes, we use a HEPA vacuum and gently remove a corner of the plastic and suck out all fallen creosote and any debris from the firebox.
